May 1, 2017 - House of Cards - Use Sequins/Color



This month over at The House of Cards  our challenge was to use sequins and or colors so I went with the sequins.  I love the die I used - by Wplus9 - it has the elegant butterflies as well as the open space which is perfect for a shaker card.  I stamped my sentiment in the center which is an old old stamp from The Angel Company but that I have hung on to for years.  I punched out some small butterflies to mix in with my sequins which are white, pink, and white.  I usually struggle with shaker cards but this one went together "perfectly".  It is a Mother's Day card for my dear daughter.

    Such a fabulous shaker card, the colors and that die cut are just perfect for this challenge and like the saying placed inside the shaker!

    Awesome shaker card! Love that butterfly frame. It's so perfect for a shaker. You've really outdone yourself on this one, Shirley. Your daughter will be so impressed.
