June 30, 2015 Happy 4th Brushstrokes
I was on a "creative" roll this past weekend and my mojo kicked in finally after being on vacation for a couple of weeks. For this card I used AMuse "retired" brush strokes in 2 shades of red and 2 shades of blue and I think I like the way it turned out. This card is already in the mail to a friend along with our new AMuse catalog. Challenges:

June 29, 2015 - 4th of July Flag
This is an "old" "old" stamp - one of the first I bought a long long time ago from SU and use it usually every year around this time. I used some different elements in this one with the red, white, and blue and embossed on the blue and white. Added some glitter to the flag and this card was ready to go. This will start my week of traditional 4th of July cards plus some in which I thought out of the box!!!

June 27, 2015 Happy Anniversary
Made this whimsical anniversary card for my granddaughter and her hubs - (anniversary isn't for a couple of months yet) but they are young, and I think they will get a charge out of this card. I stamped this image while at my friend Donna's house a couple of weeks ago. We were trying to "refine" some of our water coloring skills so we stamped it on Ranger watercolor paper and colored with Inktense watercolor pencils. I then saw the sketch for this week over at Sketch Saturday and decided to enter this in their sketch challenge. I had some hearts from CTMH that worked perfectly and then a little bit of stickles on the bubbles. I think they will smile when they get this. Challenges:
Sketch Saturday - follow sketch
All sorts challenge - blue as the ocean
Clear it out challenge - used "stashed" hearts

June 25, 2015 Sunflower Warm Greetings
Was able to spend a little time with "Patti" a bestie stamping buddy and friend. We had made a trip to a darling little stamping store The Stamp Pad in Kimmswick MO. This store may be small but it is packed with amazing stamps, supplies, papers, and well just about anything you would need to craft. We picked up a couple of Graphic 45 Time to Flourish individual 12 x 12 sheets and made this great side step card. I wish I could say it was an original but we cased it from the store. One sheet will do at least two cards, no stamping, just cut, glue and embellish and the card is ready. I received a "new" chemo buddy yesterday and I am getting ready to send this card off to her with a cute sunflower tea towel that I had in my collection of goodies. Enjoyed time spent with a friend, time creating, and being a chemo angel. Challenges:

June 23, 2015 "hello"
Long time no post - I am on a "limited data" plan through Verizon - and last month I was very very close to my limit so I had to go on a "data diet". but all is good now, my time has been reset for another month and I just have to use more caution. How hard is that for a crafter who loves pintrest, FB, and how to videos.
I did get quite a bit of crafting done - and my mojo was cooperating so I made several cards. Plus got my 4th of July cards done also so you will see those next week.
I love this card - using SU birdies colored with copics, scattered some darling pink sequins that one of my "besties" shared with me and a die cut hello. I have seen this frame on pintrest several times so I just sponged some distress ink lemonade and picked raspberries and while I was at it I colored just a piece of white cs with picked raspberries and used it to cute out my "hello". This card is in the mail this am to someone who needs some encouragement so hope it brightens her day.
Challenges:
Simply papercraft - anything goes
Eclectic Ellapu - "pink"

June 14, 2015 Latte
I have seen so many cards with this fold - (yes this is totally cased) - and I really liked it the first time I saw it. Now I have seen variations and am anxious to try a couple of them too. This card was so easy to make - a couple of cuts on my paper trimmer - choose a focal image and card complete. For this card I used AMuse stamps and cs and happy with the way it turned out. Challenges:
Crafty Calender Challenge - fancy folds
Digi Designs - use a die cut
MFP Stamp Shop - use only a corner

June 10, 2015 Zentangle Butterfly
Our "gang" got together a couple of weeks ago and go to Donna's blog to see what we all created. We just spent the day together so there were 5 of us and we each contributed 1 project. But...Diane brought a new stamp Zentangle Butterfly for us to stamp and it is on my WANT list. It is from Woodware Craft Collection and has a very nice sentiment to go with the butterfly. I have not gotten into the zentangle images but this one I love. Stamped in black ink and showcased with 2 different black/white pattern papers, perfect. Challenges:
Sketch Saturday - follow sketch
Crafts Galore - anything goes
Inky Impressions - something in the air
Word Art Wednesday - anything goes
Creatalicious - butterflies
Inky Chicks - butterfly

June 4, 2015 Kitty in a suitcase
Love this set by Gerda Steiner playful kitten which is a set of 12 clear stamps and they stamp beautifully and fun to color. Loved this one with the kitty in the suitcase and it has a very dear spot in my heart. Our cat Nikki (RIP Nikki) always jumped in our suitcase when we were packing for a trip. This card is for a dear friend Donna and I often spend the night at her house when I have bookclub, doctor appointments, etc. So I called to make reservations at her B & B and she gave me a confirmation number so this card was just one of those FUN no reason to send cards. Gerda has not only clear stamps, but also rubber and digi images. I know already I will be ordering again from her real soon. Challenges:

Clear it out Challenge - anything goes and stash item - my dp from my Pet Stack papers from my stash
