Man and his Dog

These two cards have no stamping on the outside - I just with with the simplicity of the die cut and the beautiful Horizons paper pack from SU.  A friend had send me the die cut - probably a year ago - yep - I misplaced them (well ok lost them) and as I was going through some stuff I found them.  That was my sign to make a couple of cards before I lost them again.  Thank you Cheryl for sending them to me.

I used the same die cut on the second card - but cut off a dog from an extra my friend sent me.  This would make a great pet sympathy card, thinking of you, or a just because. I currently have a senior buddy and a chemo teen that I send cards to weekly so these are already earmarked for them.   With the New Horizons paper there is really no extra stamping needed except maybe a sentiment.  These papers are absolutely beautiful - and have a big seller.

Stamp Workshop

Got together with some dear friends on Friday in St. Louis for a stamping workshop.  Oh what a fun day we had - besides spending time with friends, we made  some really sweet cards.

This was the first card we completed at the workshop - I will post the second card when I get a picture.

This stamp set is from Stampin Up annual catalog To the Moon and is such a practical set to have on hand, graduation, love you. congrats etc.

It is amazing how much you can accomplish with just a stamp and some ink pads, no coloring tools necessary.  Quick and easy.  My kind of card.

Thanks Dianna for a great workshop - despite the rain we had a pretty sunny fun morning inside the Panera in St. Charles county.

St. Pat's Candy

A dear friend Patti,  gave me one - so I decided to look online and see if I could find the directions.  Well success!!!

This little matchbook will hold two Andes mints, perfect to send the grandkids.  I had some St. Pats pattern paper in my stash - doesn't take much - and the sentiment on the front is from SU - which is perfect for St. Pats Day.

I can see an Easter Bunny with some nice spring/Easter Paper.
