TJ Stampscapes

This is about all I could "eek" out this week - I am the nurse that "never" gets sick - well I have been sick ALL week - including Valentines Day. First the flu and yes I had a flu shot this year as always then it settled in as a sinus infection which I am still dealing with. My friend Pat brought me lunch on Thursday and we managed to create for about 1/2 hour and I told her time to go as I was going to go back to the couch with my blanket!!! This was such an easy card to make - scribbled water color crayons on matte cs, took the water brush and spread the colors, hit it with the heat gun and stamped the image. I have several Stampscape images but this has always been one of my favorite. The saying is from TAC. A couple of tiny buttons and scrappers floss and the card is already to put in the mail on Tuesday (Monday is a holiday no mail).

This is lovely. Sound like we both have the same bug this week. I have lost my voice for the past 2 days.

Hey Stranger! Sorry to hear you have been under the weather, which isn't a good place to be in the weather we've been having. Your card is awesome and I will need to try this technique on a card soon. I haven't been in the mojo mood much, too many other things on my plate and it looks like it will be that way until school is over for this year. Hey, if you have time check out my new copic storage I posted on my blog. Really works well and it will be so easy to find the markers and add to my collection. Take care and feel better soon.

Sorry you have been sick. The couch and blanket
are the best place to be when you don't feel good.
Love your card. Isn't it fun to pull out those old
stampscape cards again. I enjoyed making the
one for Steve.

This is gorgeous, and even prettier in real life! I need to finish and post mine soon. Sure hope you are feeling better, dear friend! You sure were pale the last time I saw you! Stay in, stay warm, and get better! Thanks for sharing your beautiful creation :)

Very cool card! I see we both used StampScapes this week... how funny! And I hope you're feeling better by now. I've been fighting a cough for almost 2 months.
