August 5, 2014 Sending Sunshine

All supplies from AMuse stamps

This is my first card "trying" to make crepe paper flowers that Marissa also a AMuse stamp demo shared at the Collinsville IL. stamp expo.  As you can see I still need LOTS of practice but they are so darn cute and delicate and fun fun fun to make.  This card will be sent out tomorrow to a special chemo patience that needs some extra encouragement.     Challenges:
     Sketch Saturday - follow sketch
Love to Create - anything goes
Word Art Wednesday - anything goes
Crafting by Design - anything goes

This is darling, and I'm so glad I got to see it IRL! Those flowers are so much fun - they create such dimension and cheerfulness! Great job :)

I loved the simplicity of Laura's sketch last Saturday and I love how you have teamed this simple stamp with the pretty crepe flower bouquet. Thank you for playing along with us at Sketch Saturday this week with this lovely card! I am sure the recipient will indeed be cheered by it at this difficult time. Hugs, Lesley
