October 26, 2016 - Sketch Challenge THE HOUSE THAT STAMPS BUILT

This week over at The House that Stamps Built is our sketch challenge.

I was in need of an anniversary card so as I was looking through my stamps I saw these darling bears - 1601K Bear Hugs and thought it would work perfectly.  Since this week was sketch week there was not much thinking involved as far as layout.  I paper pieced the bears in some vintage polka dots, added some heart bling and the die cut word love and the outside was finished.  Now to the inside

I punched out 4 corners with a punch that I have had for a really long time and stamped the sentiment 8616E Happy Moments on the inside.

Hoping you will join us this week over at The House that Stamps Built using our theme of food or drink.  You don't have to use Repeat Impression stamps but if you do you will be entered twice to win a $25 gift certificate to use in the store.  If you take a look over at my right side bar you will see a 10% discount on Repeat Impression stamps.  We would love to see your creation.

Now take a look at what our Design Team has created for this weeks challenge.

Very sweet anniversary card, Shirley. I like this card sketch - it's a little different with that square on end, rather than sitting...well...squarely on the front. :)

So cute! Love the paper piecing; it really adds to their sweetness. Sorry, I'm so late in commenting . . . computer issues.
