This week over at The House that Stamps Built our challenge is the tic-tac-toe shown above. I chose to go with vertical pets, texture and charms. Pets is our youngest Buddy - half Rhodesian Ridgeback and half black lab, and talk about turning on the charm - he can certainly charm anyone for a pet under his chin. A friend gave me this 8 x 8 card but I choose to work with it as a scrapbook page as we have a scrapbook for our DOGS. On the front I used 8104I Happy Puppy colored him using Buddy as my model - then used a frame (from some wonderful blog candy I received a few weeks ago -thanks Laurie). Tied a dog bone charm with white/black bakers twine and mounted him on some DP and a smaller solid color ran through an embossing folder with doggie paws. On the inside I used Hello handsome a full plate 9900 with Hello and lots of sentiments to go with this. On the back page I printed off a picture of Buddy on his favorite hammock with his cloth chuck-it. It is really hard to photograph black dogs!!!
Now it is your turn to your turn to make a card using the theme Tic-Tac Toe and enter it in The House that Stamps Built challenge
You do not have to use Repeat Impressions stamps but if you do you will be entered twice in the drawing for a $25 gift certificate to Repeat Impressions.
If you look on my right side bar I also have a discount coupon for you to use when you go shopping at Repeat Impressions.
Now - take a look at what our design team has made to get you started.

Wowza! This turned out SO stinkin' cute! That Buddy's a real charmer, for sure, and you've really created a fun page here in his honor! Great job on this challenge, dear friend!
This is beyond fabulous Shirley, absolutely stunning! So many great details. Buddy is just fabulous, missing him!
What a clever idea for this week's challenge. Buddy is a sweetie and this is a great way
to preserve memories of him.. Mom
Great card! I love how you colored Buddy, and I love the frame he is looking through. He is such a sweetheart!
This is so adorable! Love the fun fold and the sentiment inside is just perfect to go with your handsome boy!
Totally cute! From one dog lover to another, you nailed this!
I think it's so great that you keep up a scrapbook for your furry family member (I mean your dog, not your DH, LOL). I used to have a black lab, and he was awesome! Wish I had a scrapbook of him now that he is gone. This is an awesome page that I'm certain you'll go back to look at again and again.
Great swing card! Love how you framed the puppy.
