July 29, 2015 Ewe are Sweet
Have a request for a little girl that needs some cheering up and I think this little lamb from Gerda Steiner is just so sweet especially with a little bit of fun fur on his head. I had some Burlap Paper that I guess I was "hoarding" and the color was perfect for this card - it is difficult to cut and would not go through my cuttlebug but I made it work. some sweet little heart buttons and a bow and this card is ready for the mail box. July 25, 2015 God be with You
This image is the last one left in "one" basket of images to make cards. I think this stamp is so pretty - I spent the day stamping with a BFF Donna and she had this image in her "new stamp" basket. We colored and then spritz with water. The banner is from Our Daily Bread and it is a banner and has 5 different sayings you can put in the banner. I cut it out and popped it up with foam dots. Again I flicked some gold splash on the image for added interest. There was several special requests for chemo angels the past week so this one is in the mail.

July23, 2015 Welcome Baby
I am so happy with the way this card turned out - it is a Z-fold card but stands upright. The card is held in place by a large brad for mailing and then stands upright for display. My granddaughter is having baby #2 - a little boy and her BFF is having a "Baby Sprinkle" - note not a shower. A sprinkle is just for the smaller things that you might need for a second baby and in this case she already has a girl so he will need little boy clothes. I got him a three piece set with a onsie, pants and a t-shirt and it had a tiger and the words Lil-tiger on the shirt, so I thought this would be perfect. The image is from Doodle Pantry - pre-colored and ready to go, the DP is also from Doodle Pantry and goes so well with this image. Added some sequins and a black ribbon and this card is ready to go in the giftie. Challenges:

July 21. 2015 - Cutesy Giraffe
I have been on a giraffe kick - and realized I had several from which to create with. I have also been loving to play with my watercolors (after watching several videos). and there is something about giraffes that just make me smile. I ran across the sentiment in another set I had but thought it fit this card very well. Going to my stash I found some cute little pop up flowers from K and Company that I just had to have - so use what you have is my goal!!!

July 20, 2015 Mouse Challenge
Is this little guy not the cutest - he was a giveaway over at Gerda Steiner and there was a little challenge to go with this darling creation. I decided to color him with copic markers and then paper piece his overalls and balloon. I now have two sets of Gloria Steiner sets in my collection and would love to have them all. Challenges:

July 19, 2015 A Happy Hello
Another image I found in my box that I had colored but not put together yet - so off to search the right cs and dp to go with this darling little girl. I colored her up with copic markers, die cuts from spell binder and the sentiment from TAC. I recently got some white copic paint and wanted to use it on this image, note the little white dots on her cheeks and the white on her shoes. I did this with a fine point stylus. I'm not sure how well I am going to be with a paint brush and this paint as it is a little thick but the stylus worked great. Challenges:

July 17, 2015 Blessings
I have had this stamped image in my pile for a while - did it with markers and spritzed the colors so it looks watercolored. I finally got to the stack that needed put together and picked this one up and saw a bookmark. Found some subtle strips that went well with the bookmark made a slit in the strips from corner to corner so my bookmark would fit. Still needed a bit of something so out came some new dies by Memory Box - beautiful lacy butterflies and I think this completed the card. Here is the bookmark with cutout word Blessings.
This one is on its way to my senior lady. I have had her for almost 2 years and sometimes I have to get creative with things to send her. You can never have too many bookmarks (unless you have a Kindle or Nook). LOL Challenges:
