Beautiful Day

Just got this new rubber this past week and when I saw the bunny I knew exactly what I was going to do, he so reminds me of the muslin bunnies that were so popular a few (well okay several) years back. I can't tell you how many of those cute little bunnies I made plus the clothes to go with. In fact I still have a mom and her 2 children (boy and girl) in my granddaughters guest room. I think I should have gone one shade lighter with the coloring but it turned out ok. I used X-Press CS (we got samples at the copics class) and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it - colors blend so smoothly. Used some nesties dies some "stashed" SEI (TAC used to carry this many years ago), brown and pink scrappers floss and then I thought oh my he needs something else, so I tried a flower, placed different words, some bling and finally I remember the Gem collection TAC carries and the heart worked just perfectly. Used a corner chomper on the corners and some black Tim Holtz accent on his eyes. Cute!!!

I love this too. I remember these bunnies back in the day. The colors really did blend so nicely... I may need some copic markers after all.
Have a great day.

This is so cute! I used to make stuffed bunnies with old chenille bedspreads. And I almost ordered this set yesterday.
