July 25, 2018 Anything Goes

For the final week of July the challenge over at   The House that Stamps Built  is Anything Goes, so that leaves the challenge wide open.  I usually send out a few July 4th cards and this was one I made for this year.  I used 3705-J God Bless America.  A while back I had received some ephemera (little girl and the dog) images and the little girl just reminded me of patriotism in the 30's and 40's - so I went with it.  I had some DP from last 4th of July - so always good to save those scraps.

Now it is your turn to make a card using the challenge of  Anything Goes  as you can see there are a lot of possibilities for this challenge.  You have a full month to enter our challenge to win.  You do not have to use Repeat Impressions stamps but if you do you will be entered twice for the drawing of a $25 gift certificate to Repeat Impressions.

If you look on my right side bar I also have a discounted coupon for you to use when you go shopping at Repeat Impressions.
Now why not take a look at our DT Rock Stars for inspiration and to get you started.

The little girl fits your lovely patriotic card perfectly! Love the way you did the background with the stars/stripes designer paper!

Fab patriotic card. Your ephemera pieces look great and add a nice, contrasting touch to all the red, white and blue.

This is such a great card! I love the paper dolls from Tim Holtz and seen so many cool things done with them! I am a huge fan of patriotic designs and this one is spectacular! Hope to get going on Christmas soon and maybe I can enter the challenge here! :) Glad that your arm is getting better! Hope you and Patti can take care of each other and get better! Thanks for the kind comments about Mocca! Sending HUGS

P.S. When you entered your website adress (URL) on my blog, I think you made a typo and put in "bligpsot" instead of blogspot. LOL...just wanted you to know in case you were trying to create a profile or something.
