May 15, 2019 Inspiration Challenge

This week over at The House that Stamps Built our challenge is Inspiration Challenge - the photo is to inspire us either with the photo or the colors.  I went mostly with the colors.  I was in need of one more Mothers Day Card (for daughter) and I used sentiment 1137-E Mothers Day   jar  9701-J jar w/lid and the butterfly is 9001-LButterfly lg. and 107-F Monarch Butterfly    I stamped the jar and cut the center out with an exacto knife as I wanted to make a shaker card (which I don't do very often.  But I was pleased with the end result this time.  I stamped and colored the two butterflies in the jar, fancy cut them andgluedthem inside the jar then some green and yellow sequins, and on the outside the Monarch butterfly and my sentiment.  I mailed this card last week to daughter and she loved it.

Now it is your turn to make a card or project using the inspiration photo.   So many possibilities on this challenge.  You have a full month to enter our challenge.  You do not have to use Repeat Impressions stamps you will have two chances to win a $25 gift certificate towards stamps. ow it is your turn to make a card using the challenge of  Use a Stencil  -  and  as you can see there are a lot of possibilities for this challenge.  You have a full month to enter our challenge to win.  You do not have to use Repeat Impressions stamps but if you do you will be entered twice for the drawing of a $25 gift certificate to Repeat Impressions.

Your card is just wonderful, Shirley! I love the shaker element (I don't make them very often either). I can certainly understand why your daughter loved it.
