Take it Easy

Good Morning on this brisk fall morning.  This is a good day to sit inside and read a good book.

I always seem to need masculine cards - and I never think I have the "right" stamp to make man cards.  The other day I was looking through my seldom used stamps and found this set (I think maybe Hero Arts).  I made a fall card using the pretty SU fall plaid papers and while I had the stamps out decided to make a more winter or holiday style - again using the pretty SU plaids.  I used two different lamps - and note the lamp is on the left side of the chair for reading.  I have a gentleman in Canadas that I send "senior buddy" cards to - he is 90 and loves to read so the first card is going in the mail to him next week

Oh wow what a comfy looking chair! It reminds me of my library chair and table lamp I have with all of my books and sometimes it calls to me! Love the paper piecing idea and these are great for masculine designs for sure! It's really chilly here today and we had some frost last night! Brr! Stay warm and cozy friend! HUGS

These are great masculine cards! I think I have an easy chair stamp set, which I haven't used in ages. I love the plaid paper for the guys. I always need more ideas for masculine cards, so thanks for sharing!
